Giving Back

We’re proud of our community and strive to be a positive reflection of the place we call home, investing in the place that has given so much to us. It’s our honor to work with some of the most incredible nonprofits who are working to better outcomes for local children, families and the community as a whole.

Our Giving Guidelines

Our strategy for giving back is simple: we believe in effectively using our time and resources to better our communities. We work hard to make a positive impact by supporting three key areas:

Education

Advancing education at all levels and for all ages with a specific focus on programs supporting STEM, Business and/or Computer Science related areas.

Humanitarianism

Supporting our community through organizations that provide those in need with life essentials such as food and shelter.

Youth + Family Development

Promoting healthy children and families by investing in our community’s underrepresented youth and their caregivers through a variety of programs.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging

Data tells a story, and we want our data to tell a story of inclusion, of diversity, of belonging.

And yet, each of us is more than a point on a chart or a number in a tally. We celebrate our differences and strive to ensure a fair and equitable future for all.

We meet people where they are, whether that means opportunities for celebration of what they believe or providing opportunities for education about the diverse backgrounds and identities our team represents. Our priority is to create a space where each individual can truly thrive. A few of our key focuses in pursuing this goal include:

(Dis)Ability

A culture of inclusion should allow the flexibility to work how and where you are most able. We believe in meeting the needs of our team and always finding more ways to increase accessibility so everyone can succeed.

Family

We want to make sure work is just one part of life, so we follow the words of our founder, Dr. Jim McClave: Family comes first. Always.

LGBTQ+

We aim to set the standard for an equitable and supportive workforce. We believe that character and skill, not identity and orientation, are key factors in career growth, collaboration, and success. We prioritize celebrating our LGBTQ+ community and providing multiple avenues for holistic support.

Racial + Ethnic Diversity

Taking responsibility and taking action are vital in the fight for social justice. When it comes to our communities of color, we are always pursuing ways to be the better we hope to see: to provide better access, better opportunities and better support to everyone who has been historically oppressed due to their skin color or cultural heritage in favor of a monochrome world.
