Paul Manning is the Director of Data Management with Infotech Consulting. Since joining the company in 1990, he has worked on numerous projects lending his analytical and computing expertise to various issues including antitrust, discrimination, unfair trade practices, environmental impact, business valuation and healthcare fraud.

His specialties include database management, programming and econometric and statistical analyses. He has been the lead consultant for many projects and has prepared numerous declarations, affidavits and expert certifications. Mr. Manning has also provided deposition and evidentiary hearing testimony.

Prior to joining Infotech Consulting, Mr. Manning was a Senior Engineer with Pratt & Whitney Aircraft. While there, he used his programming and data analysis skills in the design and testing of military jet engine compressors. Mr. Manning has also been employed by the University of Virginia’s Rotating Machinery and Controls Laboratory, General Dynamics’ Electric Boat Division and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

Manning earned a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware and a Master of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Virginia.
