Joe Bloom joined Infotech Consulting in 1983 as a Programmer/Analyst. Since then, he has worked as a Consultant Analyst, and now is a Project Director/Senior Consultant.

Bloom has worked on a wide variety of litigation support cases, which have varied from the determination of liability and the calculation of damages in antitrust cases to the estimation of lost profits in business interference cases. Mr. Bloom specializes in civil litigation damage estimation, statistical programming, and analysis, employment discrimination analysis (liability and damages), and database management.

Bloom received both his Bachelor of Arts in Statistics and his Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Florida.
