Ms. Kathy Yellé is a Senior Analyst with Infotech Consulting. She specializes in database creation, data scrubbing and classification, market analysis and sealed bids monitoring.

Prior to joining Infotech Consulting, Ms. Yellé was a Senior Implementation Services Manager on Infotech System’s Division, Client Consulting Services Team. In this role, she managed a staff of product implementation professionals and worked extensively on AASHTOWare Project BAMS/DSS. She has performed data scrubbing and analysis for many Department of Transportation and managed the implementation and services associated with BAMS/DSS for state transportation agencies. She has onsite systems installation, implementation and training experience with over 30 state transportation agencies. She also serves as a mentor and faculty member for Info Tech’s annual seminar of collusion detection methodology using BAMS/DSS, and provided collusion detection analysis and training to state highway and federal agencies.

Prior to joining Infotech, Ms. Yellé was a Senior Systems Analyst and Product Manager for Environmental Science and Engineering (ESE), worked as a research programmer/adjunct instructor at the Center for Econometric and Decision Sciences at the University of Florida and was a public school math teacher and a community college computer science instructor.

Ms. Yellé holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Nebraska Wesleyan University and has completed graduate coursework in math and education at Tampa University and in statistics and computer sciences at the University of Florida.
